To Our Pinnacle Eye Group Family of Patients,
As we all continue to work together during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking the following steps to ensure the safety and health of our patients, community and our Pinnacle Eye Group team.
Effective Friday, March 20, 2020
We will be changing our offices hours as outlined below with a reduced staff to continue to provide urgent and emergency eye care and limited essential vision and eye health examinations. We will be notifying scheduled patients in the next few days and weeks to postpone and reschedule their exams.
We encourage you to call our office with any vision or eye concerns before contacting your Primary Care Provider or urgent care. It is our goal to reduce the burden on other health care providers. We will be available if you have blurred vision, eye redness or pain, trouble with you contacts or glasses or any sudden vision changes.
As always, we are following CDC guidelines for disinfecting our equipment and office space, as well as spacing out our examination times to facilitate social distancing guidelines.
If you have glasses or contact lenses to pick-up, we will send them to at no charge. We will be postponing most routine eyewear adjustments.
If you or a family member are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, have a fever or have been near someone with COVID-19 symptoms or has had a fever within the past 14 days, we kindly ask that your refrain from coming to our office.
During normal office hours, please call 419-843-2020 with any questions or concerns. If you have an eye emergency after hours, please call Dr. Kruszewski at 419-944-8628.
We are closely monitoring this situation and will keep these changes in effect until Monday, April 6, 2020 at which time we will re-evaluate the current situation. Stay healthy!
